Reduce the use of toxic detergents and cleaners you use in your office. There are many eco-friendly products on the market. You will also breathe air that has no toxic chemicals. Beside this is useful for the environment, it is good for your health. Another healthy habit you can develop is to have fruit or vegetables for your lunch.
